Elgar Javier Cuadra Quispe joined the A Rocha Peru team in January 2021 as a Field Technician for the Dry Forest Project.
Elgar is a Biologist, with a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from the National University of Trujillo. He has experience in Environmental and Biotechnology Management processes, Risk management, and different laboratory activities including the ISO – IEC17025 and ISO – 31000: 2018 standards. Elgar has been an organizer, assistant, and national lecturer at the National Congress of Medicinal Plants. In the past, he has had experience in the biological monitoring of flora and fauna, as well as in personnel management (Fundo Sol y Pampa SAC). Elgar is grateful to A Rocha Peru for the opportunity to strengthen his personal and professional development.
